【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구보건대학교(총장 남성희)는 지난 3일부터 6일까지 3박 4일간 일본 후쿠오카에서 ‘일본 방사선기술 분야 역량강화 프로그램’을 운영했다고 11일 밝혔다.

이번 프로그램은 글로컬대학30 프로젝트의 일환으로, 방사선학과 재학생들이 일본의 선진 의료기술을 직접 체험하고 글로벌 역량을 강화하기 위해 진행됐다. 프로그램에는 한달빛글로컬보건연합대학 소속 대구보건대학교, 광주보건대학교, 대전보건대학교의 방사선학과 재학생 20명이 참여했다.

참가 학생들은 후쿠오카 국제의료복지대학교와 산노병원을 방문해 일본의 최신 의료장비와 방사선사 근무환경을 직접 체험했다. 특히, 후쿠오카 국제의료복지대학교 시라이시 준지 교수의 ‘일본 방사선사 제도 개정 현황과 질환별 방사선 영상 케이스 스터디’ 특강을 통해 일본 방사선 기술의 최신 동향을 접했다. 또, 3D 해부학 시뮬레이션 센터 체험, 큐슈대학교 의료박물관과 캠퍼스 견학을 통해 일본 의료 역사와 발전 과정을 배우는 시간을 가졌다.

프로그램에 참가한 대구보건대학교 방사선학과 2학년 김현정 학생(31)은 “글로컬대학30 선정으로 이런 소중한 기회를 얻게 되어 감사하다”며 “일본의 선진 의료시설에서 최신 방사선 기술과 장비를 직접 접하면서 전공에 대한 열정이 더욱 커졌다”고 소감을 전했다.

인솔교수로 참여한 김영재 방사선학과 교수는 “이번 해외 현장실습을 통해 학생들은 선진 방사선 기술과 진료 방사선 법률에 대해 깊이 있는 학습 기회를 얻을 수 있었다”며, “앞으로도 해외 대학들과의 지속적인 교류를 통해 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖춘 보건의료 전문 인력을 양성하는 데 기여하겠다”고 말했다.

 Daegu Health College successfully runs a program to strengthen capabilities in the field of radiation technology in Japan

Daegu Health College (President Nam Sung-hee) announced on the 11th that it ran a ‘Japanese Radiation Technology Capacity Strengthening Program’ in Fukuoka, Japan for 3 nights and 4 days from the 3rd to the 6th.

This program was part of the Global University 30 Project, and was conducted for students majoring in radiology to directly experience Japan’s advanced medical technology and strengthen global capabilities. 20 students majoring in radiology from Daegu Health College, Gwangju Health College, and Daejeon Health College, affiliated with Dalhanbit Global Health Union University, participated in the program.

The participating students visited Fukuoka International Medical Welfare University and Sanno Hospital to directly experience Japan’s latest medical equipment and the working environment of radiographers. In particular, they learned about the latest trends in Japanese radiation technology through a special lecture by Professor Junji Shiraishi of Fukuoka International Medical Welfare University titled ‘Current status of revision of the Japanese radiographer system and radiological imaging case studies by disease.’ In addition, they had time to learn about the history and development of Japanese medicine through the 3D anatomy simulation center experience and Kyushu University Medical Museum and campus tour.

Kim Hyun-jung (31), a second-year student in the Department of Radiology at Daegu Health College who participated in the program, said, “I am grateful to have been selected as one of the 30 Global Universities and have had this valuable opportunity,” and “My passion for my major has grown even more as I have experienced the latest radiation technology and equipment directly at Japan’s advanced medical facilities.”

Professor Kim Young-jae of the Department of Radiology, who participated as a guiding professor, said, “Through this overseas field training, students were able to gain an in-depth learning opportunity about advanced radiation technology and clinical radiation laws,” and “We will continue to engage in exchanges with overseas universities in the future to contribute to fostering healthcare professionals with global competitiveness.”
