이번 MWC 2025에는 양금희 경북도 경제부지사를 포함한 경북도 관계자들과 함께 도내 9개 ICT 기업과 GERI(구미전자정보기술원)가 참석한다. 경북도는 MWC 2025를 통해 AI와 모바일 등 ICT 산업 분야에서 글로벌 협력 네트워크를 강화하고, 차세대 기술 분야에서 선두 글로벌 기업과 협력 방안을 모색할 예정이다.
