윤석열 대통령이 7일 지난 1월 15일 체포된 이후 51일 지난 1월 26일 구속기소된지 40일 만에 석방된다.

서울중앙지법 형사합의25부(부장판사 지귀연)은 이날 오후 윤 대통령의 구속 취소 청구 한 달여 만에 인용을 결정했다.

이에 따라 윤 대통령은 경기 의왕시 서울구치소에서 절차를 거진 후 석방돼 서울 용산구 한남동 관저로 돌아갈 것으로 보인다.
