13일 경북도에 따르면 햇살에너지농사 지원사업은 경상북도가 2016년부터 전국 최초로 ‘에너지사업육성기금’을 조성하여 태양광 발전사업 시설자금을 융자해주는 사업이다. 이 사업은 축사 등 농어촌 건축물과 유휴부지에 태양광 발전설비를 설치하고, 이를 통해 생산된 전기를 판매하여 농외소득을 창출하며, 탄소 중립 실현 등 일석이조의 효과를 거두고 있다.

또한, 낮은 대출금리와 안정적인 농외소득 창출 효과가 입증되면서 매년 도민들의 관심이 높아지고 있다. 올해에는 약 150억원 규모의 지원이 예정되어 있다.

지원 대상자는 공고일 현재 경상북도에 주소를 둔 농어업인으로, 태양광 발전 시설용량 100kW 기준으로 최대 1억 4천만 원까지 융자할 수 있다. 대출 조건은 6개월 거치 후 11년 6개월 동안 원금 균등 분할 상환 방식으로, 연리 1%가 적용된다.

다만, 경상북도는 식량 안보와 농지 훼손 우려 등을 고려하여 논·밭·과수원 등 실제 농작물 경작지로 이용되는 토지, 건축물대장이 등록되지 않은 건축물, 준공검사가 완료되지 않은 건축물 등은 지원에서 제외된다.

신청서 접수는 3월 18일부터 4월 15일까지 진행되며, 지원을 원하는 농어업인은 경상북도 누리집(http://www.gb.go.kr)에서 신청서를 내려받아 작성하고, 사업계획서 등 관련 서류를 갖추어 경상북도 환동해지역본부 에너지정책과(054-880-7641)로 우편 또는 방문 접수하면 된다.
