【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=4.2 재보궐선거에서 대구 달서구 제6선거구(본리동, 송현1·2동, 본동) 광역의원 후보로 나선 더불어민주당 김태형 후보가 20일 출정식을 가졌다.

이날 오전 8시에 본리소방서 네거리에서 출정식을 개최한 김태형 후보는 “대구에서 민주당의 새로운 변화를 선보이겠다”는 포부를 밝히며 본격 선거운동에 돌입했다. 

김태형 후보는 대구 출생으로 영남대 행정학과 박사를 수료했으며 민주당 중앙당 정책위부의장을 맡고 있다.

해당 선거는 기존 시의원이었던 국민의힘 전태선 의원이 선거구민 3명에 황금열쇠를 제공하고 선거구민에게 마스크 12,000장을 제공한 혐의로 당선무효형을 받아 치러지게 됐다.
