【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구신용보증재단(이사장 박진우)은 지난 21일 한국노인인력개발원(원장 김미곤)과 노인 일자리를 창출한 중소기업 및 소상공인을 지원하기 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 24일 밝혔다.

이번 협약은 양 기관이 노인 일자리 창출을 위해 협력하고, 대구 지역 경제 활성화와 ESG(환경·사회·지배구조) 확산에 기여하고자 추진됐다. 

이번 협약에 따라 대구신용보증재단은 대구 지역 중소기업과 소상공인들을 대상으로 한국노인인력개발원의 ‘시니어 인턴십 현장실습 훈련 지원사업’에 참가할 사업주를 모집하게 된다. 

한국노인인력개발원은 시니어 인턴십에 참여하는 중소기업과 소상공인에게 인건비를 지원하며, 이를 통해 사업주들은 인건비 부담을 줄일 수 있고, 노인 구직자들은 더 나은 구직 환경을 제공받을 것으로 기대된다.

‘시니어 인턴십 현장실습 훈련 지원사업’은 만 60세 이상 근로자를 신규 채용하는 중소기업 및 소상공인에게 인건비를 지원하는 정부 보조 지원금 사업이다. 

지원 대상은 4대 보험에 가입된 사업장으로, 만 60세 이상 근로자를 신규 채용할 의사가 있는 사업체가 참여할 수 있다. 지원 사항은 1인당 6개월 동안 270만 원이며, 장기 고용 시 추가로 280만 원이 지원된다. 자세한 사항은 한국노인인력개발원으로 문의하면 된다.

박진우 대구신용보증재단 이사장은 “이번 협약으로 시니어 인턴십 현장실습 훈련 지원사업이 활성화되면 중소기업과 소상공인의 인건비 부담을 덜고, 노인 고용 창출로 시니어 계층의 경제적 자립과 소비 여력을 증가시킬 수 있을 것”이라며, “이로 인해 지역 경제가 더욱 활성화될 것으로 기대된다”고 말했다.

Korea Senior Citizens Human Resources Development Institute will support labor costs for small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners who participate in senior internships, which is expected to reduce the burden of labor costs for business owners and provide a better job search environment for elderly job seekers.

The ‘Senior Internship Field Training Support Project’ is a government subsidy project that supports labor costs for small and medium-sized businesses and small business owners who newly hire workers aged 60 or older.

The support target is businesses that are subscribed to the four major insurances, and businesses that are willing to newly hire workers aged 60 or older can participate. The support amount is 2.7 million won per person for 6 months, and an additional 2.8 million won is supported for long-term employment.
