【브레이크뉴스 의성】진예솔 기자=국민의힘 권성동 원내대표가 산불로 피해를 입은 의성을 찾아 “이재민들의 삶의 터전을 회복하는 데 국가가 할 수 있는 최대한의 지원을 하겠다”고 말했다.

24일 오후 의성체육관에 마련된 주민대피소를 방문한 권 원내대표는 “정부 예산만으로는 이재민들을 돕는데 한계가 있기 때문에 국민의힘이 재난지원금 모금 운동을 펼치겠다”고 약속했다.

아울러 “삶의 터전을 잃은 이재민들이 꿈과 희망을 가지고 살아갈 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”며 “이재민들께서는 희망을 잃지 마시고 건강관리를 잘 하시면서 앞으로 정부 지원을 기대해달라”고 강조했다.

한편 이날 오후 3시 기준 의성 산불 진화율은 65％이며 전체 화선 148㎞ 중 진화 중인 화선은 52㎞, 완료는 96㎞며 산불영향구역은 7778㏊로 추정된다.
