【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구광역시는 신혼부부의 주거비 부담을 완화하고 아이 키우기 좋은 주거환경을 제공하기 위해 ‘2025년 신혼부부 전세자금 대출이자 지원 사업’을 추진한다고 27일 밝혔다.
이 사업의 지원 자격은 '주택도시기금 신혼부부 전용 전세자금 대출상품'의 신규(연장) 또는 추가 계약자로서 부부합산 연소득 7,500만 원 이하이고, 3억 원 이하 임차보증금 중 2억 원 이하 대출자인 예비부부(3개월 이내 결혼 예정)와 신혼부부(혼인 기간 7년 이내)를 대상으로 한다.
지원 금액은 잔여 대출금액에 대해 차등 산정되며, 무자녀는 0.5%, 1자녀는 1%, 2자녀 이상은 1.6%까지 지원된다. 기본 지원 기간은 2년이며, 연장 시 최대 6년까지 혜택을 받을 수 있다. 지원 금액은 은행에 납입한 이자액을 초과할 수 없다.
