이에 지역 기업과 시민단체, 개인들이 자발적으로 생필품과 먹거리를 지원하고 있으며, 주요 피해 지역인 의성군, 안동시, 청송, 영덕, 영양 등에는 김밥, 도시락, 간식, 생수, 이온 음료 등 다양한 구호 물품이 꾸준히 전달되고 있다.
