윤석열 대통령의 계엄령은 결코 정당화될 수 없다. 그러나 계엄 이후 민주당의 행태는 상식적이지도, 합리적이지도 않았다. 특히 선거법 2심의 무리한 판결, 그리고 헌법재판소의 탄핵 심판 지연 상황 속에서, 민주당은 독선과 독단에 빠졌다. 자신들이 원하는 결과가 아니면 유혈사태와 폭동이 불가피하다는 식의 선동까지 자행하고 있다. 이제 우려가 현실이 됐다.

제왕적 국회의 입법 쿠데타(?)가 본격적으로 시작됐다. '중대 결심'이라는 이름으로 포장된 입법 쿠데타와 그 행동대원(의원)들에 의해 계엄 포고문까지 가시화되고 있다. 핵심이 무언지, 정리해본다면? 아래와 같다.

야당 표 계엄 포고문(?)

1. 줄 탄핵으로 국무회의를 무력화하고, 국회가 행정부를 장악한다.

민주공화제의 기반인 3권 분립체제는 당분간 정지 시킨다. 경제든 외교든 모든 현안보다 정쟁과 조기대선이 우선이다.

2. 헌법은 국회 입법인 법률에 종속시킨다.

헌법 제112조는 명확하다. '헌법재판관의 임기는 6년이며, 법률에 따라 연임할 수 있다.' 그러나 헌법재판관의 임기를 법률로 6개월 연장하려 한다. 헌법은 입법 권력 아래에 예속시킨다.

3. 헌법재판관 탄핵도 불사한다.

헌법재판소 폐지까지 시도하며, 윤석열 파면이 기각된다면 입법을 통해 헌재를 없애버릴 것이다. 입법 독재의 완성이다.

4. 탄핵이 기각된다면, 유혈 저항은 정당하다고 선언한다.

정권 탈환을 위해서는 국민의 생명이 위협을 받아도 상관없다. 이재명 대표님이 만족할 결과가 나올 때까지, 중대 결심을 포함한 투쟁은 계속된다. 승복은 없다. 민생도 안정도 없다.

5. 윤석열 파면만이 정의이자 진리임을 주장한다.

그 외의 결정은 모두 매국이며 반역사적 범죄로 간주한다. 정당성은 오직 이재명 수령님의 기준에만 존재한다.

8. 관세전쟁, 산불전쟁, 민생전쟁은 뒷전이다. 조기 대선 만이 최우선이자 유일하고 정의로운 길이다. 조기 대선이야말로 방탄전쟁에서 승리할 수 있는 유일무이한 길이기 때문이다. 윤석열 대통령 파면만이 절대적이고 유일한 길이며, 그 외의 선택지는 내란과 내전이 불가피하다.

결론적으로, 원하는 결과가 나올 때까지 압박과 혼란과 선동은 멈추지 않는다. 민주주의 파괴, 헌정질서 붕괴, 내전 선동의 차원이 다른 계엄사태가 국회입법이라는 이름 아래 자행되고 있는 현실이다. 참으로 심각하고 엄중한 상황이다.
