헌법재판소의 8대(對) 0 결정은 윤석열 대통령의 분명한 패배입니다. 그러나 이것이 곧 더불어민주당의 승리를 의미하지는 않습니다. 이재명 더불어민주당 대표가 지금 가장 큰 수혜자로 보일 수는 있지만, 이번 탄핵 선고의 내용을 보면 이 대표 또한 절반의 패배입니다. 헌법재판소는 윤석열 전 대통령의 계엄령 준비 시도에 대해 위헌·위법임을 명확히 판단했지만, 동시에 거대 야당의 횡포와 입법 독주, 윤 대통령의 협치 부족과 맞물린 제왕적 국회 운영의 책임도 지적했습니다.
