포항시에 따르면 지난 10일 시청 대외협력실에서 열린 성금 전달식에서 에스포항병원(병원장 김문철)이 2천만 원의 성금을 전달했으며, 포항시약사회(회장 김영훈)는 3백만 원 상당의 의약품을 기부해 이웃사랑을 실천했다.

이와 함께 고려대련요양병원(이사장 박영희)은 5백만 원, 대송면민 일동은 7백만 원, 대송면 자생단체 일동(개발자문위원장 정해서)은 3백만 원을 각각 기탁하며 피해 복구 지원에 뜻을 보탰다.

같은 날 청림동개발자문위원회(위원장 추완근)는 2백만 원, 우창동개발자문위원회(위원장 최광두)와 우창동자생단체협의회는 각각 3백만 원씩, 한국예총 포항지회(지회장 김동은)도 3백만 원을 전달하며 나눔에 동참했다.

포항교도소교정협의회(회장 김승유)와 불자경제인연합회(회장 김승유)는 각각 3백만 원과 2백만 원을, 포항시여성단체협의회(회장 김신영)는 7백만 원을 기부했다.

11일에도 기부 행렬은 이어졌다. 포항시새마을회(회장 이상해)는 5백만 원, 혜원사(주지 법광스님)는 1천만 원, 바르게살기운동포항시협의회(회장 진승하)는 5백만 원을 각각 전달했다. 또한 ㈜에이스알앤씨(대표이사 서유정)와 포항시체육회(회장 이재한)는 각각 3백만 원과 3천5백만 원을 기탁했다.
