【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=한국부동산원(원장 손태락)이 부동산 분야의 학술 연구 활성화를 위해 등재학술지 '부동산분석' 제11권 제2호(7월 31일 발간 예정)에 수록할 논문을 오는 5월 11일(일)까지 공개 모집한다고 14일 밝혔다.

모집 분야는 부동산 정책, 공시, 통계, 투자, 금융, 개발, 평가, 경영관리, 시장분석, 산업, 녹색건축 등 부동산 전반에 걸친 폭넓은 주제를 포함하며, 관련 전문가 및 대학원생 누구나 참여할 수 있다.

논문 투고는 온라인 논문투고시스템(https://ejrea.jams.or.kr)을 통해 가능하며, 자세한 공모 내용은 ▲'부동산분석' 누리집(www.ejrea.org) ▲한국부동산원 부동산연구원 누리집(www.reb.or.kr/research)의 공지사항에서 확인할 수 있다.

김근용 한국부동산원 연구원장은 “이번 논문 모집을 통해 연구자들의 독창적인 연구 성과가 학계는 물론 산업계에도 실질적인 기여를 하길 기대한다”며 “심도 깊은 논문 발굴로 부동산 산업의 지식 기반을 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

'부동산분석'은 부동산 분야의 전문성과 공신력을 갖춘 등재학술지로, 매년 정기적으로 연구논문을 수록하며 산·학·연의 지식 교류의 장 역할을 하고 있다.

Korea Real Estate Board, Call for Papers for ‘Real Estate Analysis’ Academic Journal Until May 11

Korea Real Estate Board (President Son Tae-rak) announced on the 14th that it will be accepting papers for publication in the 11th volume, 2nd issue of the registered academic journal ‘Real Estate Analysis’ (scheduled for publication on July 31) until May 11 (Sun) in order to promote academic research in the real estate field.

The fields of recruitment include a wide range of topics covering real estate, including real estate policy, public notice, statistics, investment, finance, development, evaluation, management, market analysis, industry, and green architecture. Anyone, including related experts and graduate students, can participate.

Paper submissions can be made through the online paper submission system (https://ejrea.jams.or.kr), and detailed information on the call for papers can be found in the notices on ▲‘Real Estate Analysis’ website (www.ejrea.org) and ▲Korea Real Estate Board Real Estate Research Institute website (www.reb.or.kr/research).

Kim Geun-yong, the director of the Korea Real Estate Board Research Institute, said, “Through this call for papers, we hope that the researchers’ unique research results will make a substantial contribution to academia as well as industry,” and added, “We will expand the knowledge base of the real estate industry by discovering in-depth papers.”
