【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구고용노동청(청장 윤수경)은 오는 4월 16일, 지역 기업의 구인난 해소와 취업 취약계층의 고용 촉진을 위해 ‘일자리 수요데이’ 행사를 개최한다. 이번 행사는 대구광역시와 지역 대학일자리센터 등 유관기관과 협력해 마련됐다.

‘일자리 수요데이’는 매월 2주, 4주 차 정기적으로 열리는 현장면접 행사로, 기업과 구직자 간의 실질적인 채용 연결을 목적으로 한 맞춤형 고용 매칭 프로그램이다.

이번 행사에는 단순한 면접 기회 제공을 넘어, 구직자 역량 향상을 위한 취업전략특강과 직무토크쇼 등 ‘취업 드림콘서트’ 프로그램도 함께 운영된다.

주요 프로그램은 다음과 같다.

취업전략특강: 최근 수시·경력직 채용 확대와 데이터 기반 채용, AI면접 등 채용 트렌드 변화에 대응해, 구직자가 자신의 역량을 효과적으로 드러내는 전략과 면접 노하우를 소개한다.

직무토크쇼: 청년층이 선호하는 HD현대로보틱스㈜, 에스엘㈜의 현직자들이 멘토로 참여, 각 기업의 문화와 실질적인 입사 전략을 직접 공유한다.

4월부터 6월까지는 ‘일자리 수요데이’를 월 2회 이상 정기적으로 운영하며, 대구서부지청 등과 연계해 ‘광역 릴레이 채용행사’로 확대 개최할 계획이다.

이번 행사에는 에스엘㈜ 대구공장, 평화오일씰공업㈜ 등 9개 기업이 참여, 무역사무, 소프트웨어 개발, 생산직 등 총 12개 분야에서 30여 명의 신규 인력 채용이 예정돼 있다. 면접은 사전 신청자를 중심으로 진행되나, 현장 접수자도 기업의 구인 요건을 충족할 경우 면접에 참여 가능하다.

윤수경 대구고용노동청장은 “‘일자리 수요데이’가 단순한 채용 박람회를 넘어 실질적인 채용성과를 도출하고, 기업과 구직자 모두에게 실질적인 도움이 되기를 바란다”며, “특히 취업에 어려움을 겪는 계층에게 더 많은 기회를 제공할 수 있도록 지속적으로 행사를 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
