이번 교육에서는 경북동부FTA통상진흥센터 이찬후 상주관세사가 ▲협정별 FTA 현황 및 효과적인 대응 방안 ▲원산지 결정 기준 및 원산지 증빙 서류 작성 실무 ▲품목 분류 및 사후 검증 사례 등 수출입 실무 전반에 걸쳐 상세한 설명을 제공했다. 또한, 경북동부FTA통상진흥센터의 다양한 지원 사업을 소개하는 시간도 가졌다.

이찬후 상주관세사는 “이번 교육은 FTA 기초 지식 함양은 물론, 실무자들이 수출 업무 진행에 있어 가장 핵심적인 원산지증명서 작성 실무 능력을 향상시키는 데 중점을 두었다”고 강조하며, “특히 둘 이상의 FTA 적용이 가능한 경우, 수출 업체의 구체적인 상황을 정확히 파악하여 가장 유리한 FTA 협정을 선택하고 적용하는 것이 중요하다”고 덧붙였다.
