이번 교육은 경북동부FTA통상진흥센터 이찬후 상주관세사의 강의로 진행됐으며, ▲FTA 개요 및 최근 동향 ▲원산지 결정기준과 서류 작성 실무 ▲원산지 사후관리 및 주의사항 등 수출 실무 전반에 걸친 내용이 다뤄졌다. 교육 참석자들은 원산지관리 실무 역량을 강화하고, FTA 협정 활용에 대한 이해도를 높이는 기회를 가졌다.

특히 이 관세사는 “최근 트럼프발 관세전쟁 여파로 미국 수출 시 비특혜원산지 규정에 대한 철저한 대응이 필수적”이라며, “FTA 기초는 물론 원산지증명서 발급 절차, 사후검증 대응 사례까지 실질적인 수출 실무 중심으로 강의를 구성했다”고 강조했다.
