【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=포항상공회의소(회장 나주영)는 오는 7월 17일 오후 2시 포항청춘센터에서 지역 청년들을 대상으로 ‘직무맞춤 1Day 취업잡(Job) 캠프’를 개최한다고 24일 밝혔다.

이번 취업 캠프는 최신 채용 트렌드를 반영한 특강을 비롯해 ▲직무맞춤 이력서 및 자기소개서 작성법 교육 ▲AI를 활용한 입사서류 작성법 ▲팀별 취업 전담 컨설턴트 운영 ▲개인별 입사서류 코칭 및 클리닉 등 실질적인 취업역량 강화 프로그램으로 구성됐다. 전문가의 밀착 지도를 통해 참가자들은 즉각적인 피드백과 맞춤형 취업 전략을 습득할 수 있다.

포항상공회의소 관계자는 “기존에는 주로 대학생을 대상으로 진행하던 프로그램을 일반 청년 구직자까지 확대해 누구나 참여할 수 있도록 했다”며 “취업을 준비 중인 지역 청년들에게 실질적인 도움이 되기를 기대한다”고 말했다.

참가를 희망하는 청년 구직자는 포항상공회의소 홈페이지 내 행사/교육 게시판을 통해 신청할 수 있다.

한편, 이번 캠프는 ‘청년일자리 로컬솔루션 프로젝트’ 사업의 일환으로 진행된다. 이 사업은 정부의 청년고용 지원정책에 발맞춰 경상북도, 포항시, 포항상공회의소가 협력하여 청년과 지역기업 간 연계를 강화하고, 지역 중소·중견기업의 청년 취업 확대를 지원하기 위해 추진 중이다.

Meanwhile, this camp is being carried out as part of the ‘Youth Job Local Solution Project’ project. This project is being promoted in line with the government’s youth employment support policy, with the cooperation of Gyeongsangbuk-do, Pohang City, and Pohang Chamber of Commerce to strengthen the connection between youth and local companies and support the expansion of youth employment in local small and medium-sized companies.
