【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구교통공사는 시민 안전을 강화하기 위해 한국교통안전공단 대구경북본부와 함께 DRT(수요응답형 교통체계) 차량에 대한 합동 안전관리를 추진한다고 3일 밝혔다.

합동 안전관리 계획에는 ▲DRT 차량 교통안전 첨단장치 장착 ▲도로 위험요인 식별 및 개선 ▲디지털운행기록(DTG) 분석과 안전운행 컨설팅 등이 포함된다. 이를 통해 시민 안전 중심의 선제적 관리 체계를 구축할 예정이다.

*디지털운행기록(DTG)은 자동차의 속도, 위치 등 운행 정보를 기록하고, 과속·급가속·급회전·급정지 등 11대 위험운전행동을 추출할 수 있는 장치다.

지난 7월 공사와 공단, 대구법인택시조합은 ‘DRT 안전관리 추진 합동 간담회’를 열고, 현재 운행 중인 DRT 차량에 도로위험정보 식별 장치를 설치했다.
