시에 따르면 지난 9월 1일 기준 지급 대상자 48만 5,852명 중 48만 411명에게 쿠폰 지급이 완료돼 지급률은 98.9%에 이른다. 시는 남은 미신청자를 대상으로 우편 안내문 발송, 개별 전화 안내, 이·통·반장 협조 등을 통해 전수 홍보에 나서는 한편 읍면동 행정복지센터의 현장 상담 창구도 확대 운영하고 있다.
