【브레이크뉴스 경북】이성현 기자=경상북도의회 건설소방위원회(위원장 박순범)는 23일 제358회 임시회 기간 중 상임위원회를 열고 조례안 5건, 공공기관 위탁‧대행 동의안 2건, 2025년 행정사무감사 계획서 채택 안건을 심사·의결했다.

박순범 위원장은 공항투자본부 소관 안건 심사에서 “다음 달 개최되는 APEC 정상회의를 앞두고 해외 기업 CEO와 관계자들이 경북을 방문할 것으로 예상되는 만큼, 비즈니스 네트워크 구축과 전략적 파트너십 강화를 통해 향후 투자 유치로 이어지도록 전략적 대응에 힘써 달라”고 당부했다.

김진엽 의원은 도심항공교통(UAM) 산업 관련 경북과 타 시‧도의 추진 현황을 점검하며, 미래 산업 원천기술 확보와 사업 선점을 위한 최선의 노력을 주문했다. 허복 의원은 공항과 철도 등 대형 SOC사업이 국토부 등 중앙부처와의 신속한 협의를 통해 추진될 수 있도록 노력해 달라고 강조했다.

건설도시국 소관 안건 심사에서는 박 위원장이 “어려운 여건 속에서도 도민 생활에 온기를 불어넣을 수 있는 지역개발 및 생활밀착형 SOC 사업을 적극 발굴하고, 건설현장 안전사고 예방 대책 마련에도 만전을 기해 달라”고 주문했다.

소방본부 관련 안건 심사에서는 한창화 의원이 최근 제정된 소방 관련 조례들이 시행될 수 있도록 시행규칙 마련을 촉구했고, 박순범 의원은 “도민의 생명과 재산을 지키는 소방 공무원을 격려하며, 다음 달 APEC 기간 중 참가자 안전을 위한 소방 대응역량 강화에 최선을 다해 달라”고 당부했다.

이날 의결된 조례안 5건은 모두 원안 가결됐다. 주요 내용으로는 ▲지방건설기술심의위원회 조례 일부개정 ▲건설공사 부실방지 조례 일부개정 ▲도심 복합개발 지원 조례 ▲소방공무원 원거리 근무자 주거지원 조례 ▲소방안전지킴이 운영 조례 등이 포함된다.

또한 공항투자본부 소관 ‘무인비행체 기술개발 및 사업화 지원사업’과 ‘경북형 도심항공 교통산업 육성 및 활성화 사업’은 (재)경북테크노파크에, 소방본부 소관 ‘포항북부소방서 이전 신축사업’은 경상북도개발공사에 위탁·대행하도록 하는 동의안도 원안 가결됐다. 아울러 ‘2025년 행정사무감사 계획서’도 원안 채택됐다.
