실제 주민들은 공사 이후 현관 자동문 고장, 관리실 창고 비틀림, 지하 균열로 인한 누수 등 구체적 피해를 호소하고 있다. 한 입주민은 “밤에도 귀가 먹먹하고 머리가 울려 잠을 잘 수 없다. 더위에도 창문조차 열지 못해 에어컨을 풀가동하다 전기요금 폭탄까지 맞았다”고 토로했다.
