【브레이크뉴스 봉화】이성현 기자=봉화군은 가을 단풍철을 맞아 지난 10월 25일부터 청량산 농특산물 직거래장터를 개장했다고 밝혔다. 이번 장터는 오는 11월 23일까지 30일간 청량산 종합상가지구 주차장 일원에서 운영된다.

올해 직거래장터에는 명호면 관북 3개 마을 영농회(관창1리, 관창2리, 북곡리) 소속 농가가 참여해, 직접 재배·수확한 햇사과, 고추, 산나물, 호박, 약초, 버섯 등 다양한 지역 농특산물을 10개의 판매 부스에서 선보인다.

청량산을 찾은 관광객들은 단풍 구경과 함께 지역 농민이 정성껏 재배한 신선한 농산물을 저렴한 가격에 구매할 수 있으며, 봉화군은 이번 행사를 통해 지역 농특산물의 우수성을 널리 알리고 도농 상생의 장을 마련할 것으로 기대하고 있다.

박현국 봉화군수는 “수려한 청량산의 가을 경관 속에서 관광객들이 봉화의 농특산물을 맛보고 체험할 수 있는 기회가 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 지역 농산물의 판로 확대와 농가 소득 증대를 위해 다양한 지원 정책을 추진하겠다”고 말했다.

한편, 청량산은 가을철 붉고 노란 단풍으로 물든 산세와 더불어 다수의 사찰과 문화유적이 어우러져 환상적인 경관을 자랑하며, 매년 전국 각지에서 수많은 관광객이 찾는 명소로 꼽힌다.
