대구시는 어려운 재정 여건 속에서도 보건복지부와 협의를 통해 231억 원의 장애인일자리 사업 예산을 확보, 2026년 지원사업을 본격 추진한다.

2026년 장애인일자리 사업은 ▲일반형 일자리(전일제 362명, 시간제 185명) ▲복지형 일자리(790명) ▲특화형 일자리(시각장애인 안마사 100명, 발달장애인 요양보호사 보조 72명) 등 3개 유형으로 구분된다. 참여자는 2026년 1월 1일부터 12월 31일까지 근무하게 된다.

일반형 일자리는 주 40시간 전일제와 주 20시간 시간제로, 행정복지센터와 장애인복지관 등에서 공공 및 복지 행정 업무를 수행한다.

복지형 일자리는 주 14시간 이내 근무로, 공공기관 및 지역 복지시설에서 환경정리, 주차단속, 사무보조, 사서보조 등의 업무를 맡는다. 특히 2026년에는 장애 정도가 심한 장애인을 위한 맞춤형 직무가 추가된다.
