【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구광역시는 20일  동인청사에서 김정기 대구시장 권한대행 주재로 ‘2025년 하반기 고용노사민정협의회’를 열고 지속 가능한 노동환경 구축과 상생 노사문화 조성을 위한 협력 방안을 논의했다.

이날 회의에는 근로자, 사용자, 민간기관, 정부 관계자 등 20여 명이 참석해 지역 노동 현안과 고용정책 전반에 대해 심도 있는 의견을 나눴다.

회의에서는 최근 개정된 노사관계 법령을 중심으로 ▲노동조합법(이른바 노란봉투법) ▲근로기준법(상습임금체불 근절법) ▲산업안전보건 관련 규칙 개정 등 법적 환경 변화에 대응하기 위한 지역 차원의 노사민정 협력체계 점검이 이뤄졌다.

또한 최근 이어지는 산업재해에 대한 경각심을 높이고, 근로자가 안심하고 일할 수 있는 대구를 만들기 위해 ‘함께 만드는 안전하고 행복한 대구일터’라는 공동선언을 만장일치로 채택했다. 선언은 ▲노동자는 안전 주체로서 적극 참여 ▲사용자는 산업재해 예방과 근로환경 개선 책임 실천 ▲민간은 안전문화 확산과 사회적 공감대 형성 ▲정부는 취약 사업장 지원과 철저한 행정 지원 등을 주요 내용으로 담았다.

김정기 대구시장 권한대행 행정부시장은 “이번 협의회는 노동자와 사용자, 시민, 행정이 함께 지속 가능한 노동환경 구축을 위해 구체적 협력 방안을 모색한 뜻깊은 자리였다”며 “앞으로도 노사민정협의회를 중심으로 상생하며 발전하는 대구를 만들어 가기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

대구시는 앞으로도 노사민정 협력 강화를 바탕으로 지역경제 활성화와 노동자 권익 증진을 위해 다양한 정책과 지원 사업을 지속적으로 추진할 계획이다.
