【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=한국건강관리협회 대구광역시지부(본부장 김태욱, 이하 건협 대구)가 한국사회복지협의회와 보건복지부가 주관하는 ‘사회공헌 인정제’에서 4년 연속 인정기관으로 이름을 올렸다.

사회공헌 인정제는 기업과 기관이 지속적으로 펼치는 사회공헌 활동을 평가해 인증을 주는 제도다. 이 제도는 취약계층 지원과 지역사회 발전을 위해 수행한 공익활동 전반을 심사해 선정된다.

건협 대구지부는 소속 임직원들이 꾸준히 이어온 자원봉사와 생명 존중 프로그램 등 다양한 활동을 통해 지역사회에 생명 존중 가치를 널리 알린 점을 높이 평가받아 특별상도 함께 수상했다.

김태욱 본부장은 “이번 수상을 계기로 복지기관·자원봉사센터·지자체 등과의 협력 관계를 더욱 강화하겠다”며 “공공보건 증진과 건강한 지역사회 조성에 적극 힘쓰겠다”고 밝혔다.
