‘지역사회공헌 인정제’는 보건복지부와 한국사회복지협의회가 공동 운영하는 제도로, 지역 기반의 사회적 책임을 적극 실천하는 기업을 대상으로 매년 인증을 부여한다. 대성에너지는 ESG 경영 기반의 지속가능 활동 성과를 높게 평가받으며 올해도 명단에 이름을 올렸다.

심사에서는 연간 환경경영 추진계획 수립과 지속적인 모니터링 체계, 온실가스 감축을 위한 에너지 절감 활동, 수소에너지 공급 및 신재생에너지 보급 사업 추진 등이 주요 평가요소로 인정됐다. 특히 임직원 의견수렴 시스템, 사내 SNS·인트라넷 기반 정보 공유 체계 등 내부 소통 중심의 참여형 경영문화도 긍정적인 평가를 받았다.
