【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 중구청이 올 하반기 적극행정 우수공무원 4명을 선정했다.

중구는 공직사회 내 적극행정 문화를 확산하고, 현장 중심의 행정 성과를 공유하기 위해 ‘2025년 하반기 적극행정 우수공무원’을 선발했다고 23일 밝혔다.

이번 우수공무원 선정은 구민 체감도와 적극성, 창의성, 전문성, 과제 중요도와 난이도 등을 종합 평가해 최우수 1명, 우수 1명, 장려 2명 등 총 4명이 뽑혔다.

최우수상에는 위생과 이지현 주무관이 선정됐다. 이 주무관은 봉산문화길 일대 외식 상권 활성화를 위해 직접 현장을 찾아 업소 참여를 독려하고, 영업자 간담회와 실시간 소통 창구를 운영하는 등 적극적인 현장 행정을 펼쳤다. 

또 상인회가 없는 지역 특수성을 극복하며 외식업 활성화 공모사업 1등에 선정돼 예산 3천만 원을 확보했다. 온·오프라인 이벤트로 1,700여 명의 시민이 참여하는 등 침체된 골목경제에 활력을 불어넣었다는 평가다.

우수상은 혁신사업홍보과 김현지 주무관이 차지했다. 김 주무관은 청년 참여형 팝업클래스와 청년의 날 행사를 기획·운영해 청년 트렌드를 반영한 프로그램을 선보였다. 

청년이 직접 참여하고 소통하는 방식을 적극 도입해 청년의 날 행사에 3만여 명이 모이는 성과를 거뒀다. 또 지역 상권과 연계한 행사 운영으로 도심 활성화에도 기여했다.

장려상은 세무과 박정숙 주무관과 복지정책과 김정예 주무관이 각각 받았다. 

박정숙 주무관은 출산 후 주택을 취득한 납세자가 취득세 감면 혜택을 받지 못하는 문제를 해결하기 위해, 전국 처음으로 출생신고 자료와 취득세 과세자료를 연계했다. 

이를 통해 감면 대상자를 선제적으로 발굴하고 안내해 총 29명에게 1억4천5백만 원의 취득세를 환급, 납세자 권익 보호와 출산·양육 가정의 부담 줄이기에 기여했다.

김정예 주무관은 유휴 구유재산을 활용해 가족센터의 이전 및 리모델링을 추진, 가족서비스 인프라 확충에 앞장섰다.

관계 부서 협업과 신속한 행정절차로 여성가족부 가족센터 건립 공모사업에 선정됐으며, 총 18억 원의 사업비를 확보해 다문화가족 등 다양한 가족을 위한 공공 서비스 기반을 강화했다.

류규하 중구청장은 “현장 여건이 어렵더라도 구민을 위해 창의적으로 문제를 해결하는 공무원들의 노력이 중구 행정의 힘”이라며 “앞으로도 구민이 체감할 수 있는 적극행정을 계속 발굴하고 확산해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

Furthermore, overcoming the region's lack of a merchant association, she won first place in a public contest to revitalize the restaurant industry, securing a budget of 30 million won. The event, which attracted approximately 1,700 citizens through online and offline events, was praised for revitalizing the stagnant local economy.

The Excellence Award went to Kim Hyun-ji, a manager in the Innovation Business Promotion Division. She planned and operated a youth-focused pop-up class and a Youth Day event, showcasing programs reflecting youth trends.

By actively incorporating youth participation and communication, she achieved a Youth Day event that attracted over 30,000 attendees. Furthermore, by operating events in conjunction with local businesses, she contributed to the revitalization of the city center.

Encouragement Awards went to Park Jeong-suk, a manager in the Tax Division, and Kim Jeong-ye, a manager in the Welfare Policy Division.

To address the issue of taxpayers who acquired a home after giving birth not receiving acquisition tax reduction benefits, Park Jeong-suk became the first manager in the nation to link birth registration data with acquisition tax assessment data.

Through this initiative, the district proactively identified and guided eligible individuals to receive tax reductions, providing a total of 145 million won in acquisition tax refunds to 29 individuals, contributing to protecting taxpayer rights and reducing the burden on families with children and raising children.

Director Kim Jeong-ye spearheaded the expansion of family service infrastructure by utilizing idle public property to relocate and remodel the family center.

Through collaboration with relevant departments and expedited administrative procedures, the district was selected for the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family's Family Center Construction Competition. A total of 1.8 billion won was secured, strengthening the public service foundation for diverse families, including multicultural families.

Jung-gu District Mayor Ryu Gyu-ha stated, "Despite challenging on-site conditions, the creative problem-solving efforts of public officials for the benefit of residents are the driving force behind Jung-gu's administration. We will continue to discover and expand proactive administrative practices that residents can truly appreciate."
