【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구한의대학교(총장 변창훈)는 경상북도 RISE 사업 지원을 받아 운영한 ‘리더십 스피치 지도사 육성 프로젝트’를 성공적으로 마무리했다고 밝혔다.

이번 프로젝트는 지난 11월 18일부터 12월 9일까지 매주 화요일, 총 4회(12시간) 과정으로 진행됐으며, 대구한의대학교 청도캠퍼스 평생학습행복관 3층 강의실에서 운영됐다.

대구한의대학교 평생교육지원센터(센터장 김진숙)가 주관한 이번 프로그램에는 청도 지역 성인학습자와 재학생 등 총 20명이 참여했다. 강의는 현장 실무 경험이 풍부한 이주아(클래클랩 대표) 강사가 맡아 실제 사례를 중심으로 한 실습형 교육을 진행했으며, 지역 수요를 반영한 실용 역량 강화 과정으로 구성됐다.

교육 과정은 발성·발음 훈련을 비롯해 스토리텔링 스피치, 상황별 설득 화법, 리더십 코칭 실습, 발표 퍼포먼스 훈련 등 현장에서 즉시 활용 가능한 내용으로 구성돼 참여자들의 높은 호응을 얻었다.

참여자 반응도 긍정적이었다. 청도인적자원개발학과 2학년 김지윤 학생은 “전문 강사의 체계적인 지도를 통해 발표에 대한 두려움을 극복하고 자신감을 얻을 수 있었다”며 “지역 강사로 활동하고 싶다는 새로운 목표도 생겼다”고 소감을 전했다.

프로그램 만족도 조사 결과, 전체 평균 만족도가 높게 나타났으며, 참여자의 70%가 ‘지역 강사 또는 교육지도자 활동에 관심이 생겼다’고 응답해 진로 탐색과 역량 확장 측면에서도 의미 있는 성과를 거둔 것으로 평가됐다.

김진숙 평생교육지원센터장은 “이번 프로젝트는 성인 학습자들이 자신의 잠재 역량을 발견하고 지역사회에서 역할을 확대할 수 있도록 지원한 뜻깊은 과정이었다”며 “내년에는 교육 회차를 확대하고, 청도군과 지역 교육기관과의 협력을 통해 지역 맞춤형 비교과 프로그램을 더욱 강화해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

한편 대구한의대학교는 앞으로도 지역사회 인재 양성을 위한 교육·훈련 프로그램을 지속적으로 확대해 평생교육 선도 대학으로서 지역 발전에 기여할 계획이다.

Daegu Haany University Successfully Concludes 'Leadership Speech Instructor Training Project'

Daegu Haany University (President Byun Chang-hoon) announced the successful completion of its 'Leadership Speech Instructor Training Project,' which was supported by the Gyeongsangbuk-do RISE project.

The project ran for four sessions (12 hours) every Tuesday from November 18 to December 9. The program was held in a classroom on the third floor of the Lifelong Learning and Happiness Building on the Cheongdo Campus of Daegu Haany University.

Organized by the Daegu Haany University Lifelong Education Support Center (Director Kim Jin-sook), the program brought together 20 adult learners and current students from the Cheongdo area. The lectures were delivered by instructor Lee Ju-ah (CEO of Clack Lab), who possesses extensive field experience. The hands-on training focused on real-world cases and focused on strengthening practical skills, reflecting local needs.

The curriculum, comprised of immediately applicable content such as voice and pronunciation training, storytelling speeches, situational persuasive speaking, leadership coaching practice, and presentation performance training, garnered a positive response from participants.

Participant feedback was also positive. Kim Ji-yoon, a second-year student in the Cheongdo Human Resources Development Department, said, "Thanks to the systematic guidance from professional instructors, I was able to overcome my fear of public speaking and gain confidence. I also developed a new goal: to become a community instructor."

The program satisfaction survey revealed a high overall average satisfaction rate, with 70% of participants expressing interest in becoming a community instructor or educational leader, demonstrating significant achievements in career exploration and capacity building.

Kim Jin-sook, Director of the Lifelong Education Support Center, stated, "This project was a meaningful program that helped adult learners discover their potential and expand their roles in the community. Next year, we will expand the number of training sessions and further strengthen our customized extracurricular programs through collaboration with Cheongdo County and local educational institutions."

Meanwhile, Daegu Haany University plans to continue expanding its education and training programs to foster local talent and contribute to regional development as a leading university in lifelong education.
