대구시는 대구테크노파크와 함께 지역 혁신기업 14개사가 참여하는 대구공동관을 운영했다. 전시관에는 10년간의 대구공동관 운영 성과를 시각화한 ‘아카이빙 존’과 대구시 5대 신산업을 집약한 ‘산업 존’을 함께 구성해, 대구 산업 생태계의 축적된 성과와 미래 비전을 동시에 조망하는 공간으로 주목을 받았다.

전시에 앞서 대구 지역 기업 3곳이 ‘CES 2026 혁신상(Innovation Award)’을 수상하는 쾌거도 거뒀다. ㈜파미티의 레이더 기반 3차원 행동 인식 시스템 ‘FIRA Pose’는 인공지능과 디지털 헬스 2개 부문에서, ㈜인더텍의 인공지능 ADHD 디지털 치료제 ‘EYAS FOCUS’는 디지털 헬스 부문에서, ㈜일만백만의 AI 기반 엔터프라이즈 비디오 플랫폼 ‘Gen&Edit’는 인공지능 부문에서 각각 수상했다. 이는 대구 기업들의 기술력과 사업성이 세계 무대에서 공식적으로 인정받았다는 점에서 큰 의미를 갖는다.

전시 현장에서는 글로벌 기업과의 협력 성과도 가시화됐다. 대구공동관 참가기업 ㈜유엔디는 한국지멘스와 로봇·자동화 분야 협력을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결하고, 로봇 자동화 하드웨어 기술과 산업 자동화·스마트 제조 솔루션을 결합한 글로벌 협력 모델을 구축하기로 했다.

㈜파미티 역시 CES를 계기로 의료·돌봄 분야 주요 기관과 잇따라 협약을 체결하며 사업화 기반을 넓혔다. 서울특별시 한의사협회와는 한방병원 실증을, 융합의약기술산업협회와는 요양병원 중심의 돌봄 환경 실증을 추진해 비접촉 생체·행동 모니터링 기술의 현장 적용성을 검증할 예정이다.

이번 CES 2026에서 대구공동관 참가기업들은 총 1,673건의 상담을 진행해 상담액 5,937만 달러, 현장 계약액 42만 8,800달러의 성과를 기록했다. ㈜유엔디는 미국 자동차 OEM 제조사 및 로봇기업과 계약을 체결했고, ㈜파미티는 미국 텍사스대학교 오스틴 캠퍼스와 25만 달러 규모의 프로젝트를 수주하는 등 북미 시장 진출의 교두보를 마련했다. ㈜쓰리에이치(3H)도 제품 체험과 샘플 판매를 통해 의미 있는 실적을 올렸다.

대구시는 이번 CES 성과를 바탕으로 지역 기업의 글로벌 진출이 일회성에 그치지 않도록 해외 바이어 연계, 후속 협력 지원, 글로벌 진출 프로그램과의 연계를 지속적으로 강화할 계획이다.

정의관 대구광역시 미래혁신성장실장은 “CES 2026은 대구 기업들이 세계 시장에서 기술 경쟁력을 입증하고 실질적인 사업 성과를 창출한 의미 있는 자리였다”며 “앞으로도 지역 기업들이 글로벌 무대에서 도약할 수 있도록 체계적인 지원을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Prior to the exhibition, three Daegu-area companies achieved the remarkable feat of winning CES 2026 Innovation Awards. Pamity's radar-based 3D behavioral recognition system, "FIRA Pose," won in both the AI ​​and digital health categories. The exhibition also showcased the achievements of collaborations with global companies. UND, a company participating in the Daegu Pavilion, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Siemens Korea for collaboration in the robotics and automation sectors, establishing a global collaboration model that combines robotics automation hardware technology with industrial automation and smart manufacturing solutions.

Pamity also leveraged CES to expand its commercialization base by signing a series of agreements with key organizations in the healthcare and care sectors. The company plans to verify the practical applicability of non-contact biometric and behavioral monitoring technology by conducting a demonstration project in a Korean medicine hospital with the Seoul Metropolitan Government's Korean Medicine Association and a demonstration project in a nursing hospital-focused care environment with the Convergence Pharmaceutical Technology Industry Association.

At CES 2026, companies participating in the Daegu Joint Pavilion conducted a total of 1,673 consultations, generating $59.37 million in consultations and $428,800 in on-site contracts. UND Co., Ltd. signed contracts with US automotive OEMs and robotics companies, while Parmiti Co., Ltd. secured a $250,000 project with the University of Texas at Austin, establishing a bridgehead for entry into the North American market. 3H Co., Ltd. also achieved significant results through product demonstrations and sample sales.

Building on the success of this CES, the city of Daegu plans to continuously strengthen its global expansion efforts by strengthening its network of overseas buyers, supporting follow-up collaborations, and integrating with global expansion programs to ensure that local companies' global expansion is not a one-time event.
