반도체 산업 경쟁력 강화·지원에 관한 특별법안’ 등 법률공포안 18건과 대통령령안 10건이 3일 오전 청와대에서 열린 제4회 국무회의에서 심의·의결돼 통과됐다.

청와대에 따르면 이날 통과된 안건은 10·29 이태원 참사 피해자 권리 보장과 진상 규명 및 재발 방지를 위한 특별법 일부개정법률안·저작권법 일부개정법률안·공휴일에 관한 법률 일부개정 법률공포안·하도급 거래 공정화에 관한 법률 일부개정 법률공포안·아동학대범죄 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 시행령 일부개정령안·여권법 시행령 일부개정령안 등이다.

‘반도체 산업 경쟁력 강화·지원에 관한 특별법안’은 대통령 소속으로 반도체 산업 경쟁력 강화 특별위를 설치하고, 산업통상자원부 소속으로 반도체 혁신성장지원단을 둔다.

또 국가·지방자치단체가 반도체 클러스터 관련 산업 기반시설을 조성·지원하며 부가되는 비용 전부·일부를 우선 지원토록 하는 내용을 담고 있다.

‘공휴일에 관한 법률 일부개정 법률공포안’ 경우 제헌절(7월 17일)을 공휴일로 지정해 헌법 정신에 대한 국민 인식 제고를 목적으로 하고 있다.
