【브레이크뉴스 울진】이우근 기자=울진군농업기술센터가 농산물가공교육관을 활용해 시제품 생산을 희망하는 지역 농업인을 대상으로 식품 위생 및 안전관리 교육을 실시한다.
이번 교육은 창업 전 단계에서 가공 시제품 생산을 준비하는 농업인을 지원하기 위해 마련됐다. 가공시설과 장비를 활용하기에 앞서 식품위생법 준수와 안전한 가공품 생산 기반을 갖추도록 하는 데 목적이 있다. 교육을 이수하면 농산물가공교육관 시설을 사용할 수 있다.
교육은 연간 4회, 분기별로 운영되며 1분기 교육은 오는 2월 25일 진행된다. 주요 내용은 ▲식품위생법 관련 실제 식품사고 사례 ▲식품위생법 등 식품 관련 법규 ▲식품 제조·가공 과정에서 반드시 숙지해야 할 기본 사항 ▲시제품 생산 시 유의사항 ▲작업장 위생관리 등이다.
신청은 수시로 가능하며, 각 분기 교육 시작 전까지 접수하면 된다. 신청서는 울진군청 홈페이지에서 내려받아 작성한 뒤 농업기술센터 농촌자원팀을 방문하거나 이메일 또는 팩스로 제출하면 된다.
농업기술센터 관계자는 “농산물가공교육관은 지역 농산물의 부가가치를 높이는 핵심 시설이지만, 위생관리와 법규에 대한 부담으로 이용을 망설이는 농업인도 있다”며 “분기별 정기 교육을 통해 필요한 시기에 교육을 이수하고 가공을 준비할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.
