이번 교육은 기존 강의식 전달에서 벗어나 복화술과 뮤지컬 공연을 결합한 새로운 프로그램으로 눈길을 끈다. 학생들은 공연에 직접 참여하면서 가족의 의미, 타인에 대한 배려, 다문화 수용성 등 다양한 주제를 자연스럽게 접할 수 있다.

첫 수업이 열린 금포초에서는 학생들이 공연에 적극 참여하고 질문을 주고받는 등 높은 몰입도를 보였다는 평가다. 군 관계자는 “이러한 체험 중심 교육이 단순 정보 전달보다 가치 형성에 더욱 효과적”이라고 설명했다.
