【브레이크뉴스 경북】진예솔 기자=경상북도교육청이 2026년도 지방공무원 신규 임용시험의 평균 경쟁률이 5.9대 1로 집계됐다고 23일 밝혔다. 

올해 시험에는 197명을 선발하는 데 1,164명이 지원했다.

선발 인원이 작년 118명보다 79명 늘었지만, 지원자는 오히려 71명 줄면서 경쟁률은 전년 10.5대 1에서 크게 낮아졌다. 

선발 규모 확대에 따라 지원자들이 분산되면서 경쟁률이 하락한 것으로 분석된다.

직렬별로 살펴보면, 교육행정(일반) 분야에는 130명 모집에 906명이 지원해 7대 1의 경쟁률을 기록했다. 전산 직렬은 4명 선발에 46명이 몰리며 11.5대 1로 가장 높았다. 

전국 단위로 선발하는 기록연구 직렬 역시 1명 정원에 11명이 지원해 11대 1의 경쟁률을 나타냈다.

시험과 관련해 6월 1일 필기시험 장소가 공고되며, 6월 20일에는 필기시험이 진행된다. 필기합격자는 7월 20일 발표될 예정이다. 

임종식 교육감은 “수험생들이 끝까지 컨디션을 잘 관리해 실력을 충분히 발휘하길 바란다”고 전했다.

Regarding the exam, the location for the written test will be announced on June 1, and the exam will be held on June 20. The results of the written test are scheduled to be announced on July 20.

Superintendent Lim Jong-sik stated, “I hope the examinees manage their condition well until the end and fully demonstrate their abilities.”
