이날 간담회에서는 교사의 비본질적 행정업무를 줄이기 위해 학교지원센터 확대, AI 자동화 기반 행정체계 도입, 교육청 전담 변호인단 운영, 교권 침해 신속대응팀 설치 등 구체적인 실행 계획이 제시됐다. 김 후보는 교사가 수업과 생활지도에 집중할 수 있도록 제도적 지원을 강화하겠다는 의지를 밝혔다.

또한 무분별한 아동학대 신고로 인한 교권 침해 방지 대책과 함께, 교원 처우와 복지 현실화 방안도 논의됐다. 교육 현장에서 반복적으로 제기돼 온 교사 보호 장치 부족 문제를 제도적으로 개선하겠다는 입장이다.
