【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=국민의힘 대구시장 후보 추경호 선거대책위원회가 17일 발대식을 열고, 대구의 보수 결집과 지역 경제 회복을 위한 총력전을 선언했다. 

선대위는 “보수의 심장 대구를 반드시 지켜내겠다”며 필승 의지를 다졌고, 이번 선거를 대구 경제 회복과 정권 견제를 위한 중요한 전선으로 규정했다.

총괄선대위원장을 맡은 주호영 의원은 이날 발대식에서 “이번 선거는 과거와 달리 결과를 예측하기 어렵다. 샤이 보수에만 기대서는 안 된다. 민주당 표심까지 감안해 위기감을 갖고 뛰어야 한다”고 강조했다. 이어 “캠프 안에 머물지 말고 현장에 나가 시민을 직접 만나야 한다”며 진정성 있는 소통의 필요성도 짚었다.
