화랑마을은 전통 한옥 숙박과 자연 친화형 캠핑, 다채로운 체험 프로그램을 연계한 체류형 관광 콘텐츠를 강화해 경주를 찾는 관광객들에게 차별화된 휴식과 체험 기회를 제공할 계획이라고 밝혔다.

경주 화랑마을은 신라 화랑정신을 현대적으로 계승하고 체험할 수 있도록 조성된 복합문화공간으로, 청소년수련시설과 체험 프로그램, 숙박시설 등을 갖춘 지역 대표 휴양·교육시설로 자리 잡고 있다.

한옥 숙박시설인 육부촌은 신라 육부의 이름을 반영해 조성된 공간으로, 전통 한옥의 고즈넉한 정취와 현대적 편의성을 함께 갖춘 것이 특징이다.
