이번 프로그램은 국가보훈부 공모사업인 ‘보훈단체 복지지원사업’의 하나로 마련됐다. 프로그램은 5월 19일부터 10월까지 약 4개월간 진행되며, 강좌별로 주 1회씩 총 16회 운영된다. 장소는 예천읍 남본1리 경로당(마을문화쉼터) 2층으로, 매주 화요일과 목요일 열린다.

예천군재향군인회는 이날 오전 10시 첫 일정으로 노래교실을 진행했으며, 오는 21일에는 스마트폰 사진 교육을 실시할 예정이다. 이후 다양한 문화·건강 프로그램을 순차적으로 운영해 회원들의 여가 선용과 사회참여 기회를 확대할 계획이다.
