특히 핵심공약인 ‘대구경제 대개조’는 첨단산업 육성과 AI 기반 산업 전환을 통해 양질의 일자리를 늘리고, 청년 인재의 유출을 막는 데 방점을 뒀다. 또 대기업 유치와 청년 리쇼어링 전략을 병행해 지역 산업 생태계의 재편을 추진하겠다는 계획이다.
