봉화군은 16일 군청 소회의실에서 봉화군공무직노동조합과 임금협약을 맺고 상호 신뢰를 바탕으로 한 협력 관계를 이어가기로 했다고 밝혔다.
이날 협약식에는 박현국 군수와 전종국 노조위원장을 비롯한 노사 대표들이 참석해 협약서에 서명하고 향후 협력 방안을 공유했다.
이번 협약은 지난해 10월 노동조합이 교섭 요구안을 제출한 이후 세 차례의 실무교섭을 거쳐 마련됐다. 노사는 협의를 통해 본문 6개 조항과 부칙 5개 조항으로 구성된 최종 합의안을 도출했다.
협약에는 통상임금 적용 범위 확대를 비롯해 호봉표 단가 인상, 정액급식비 상향 조정, 호봉 적용일 소급 적용, 휴가비 지원 등의 내용이 담겼다.
봉화군은 이번 협약이 공무직 근로자들의 복지 향상과 근무 만족도 제고에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대하고 있다. 또한 안정적인 근무환경 조성을 통해 행정서비스의 질 향상에도 도움이 될 것으로 전망했다.
박현국 봉화군수는 “이번 임금협약이 공무직 직원들의 근무환경 개선은 물론 조직 내 소통과 화합을 더욱 강화하는 계기가 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 노사 간 신뢰를 바탕으로 군정 발전과 군민 만족도 향상을 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
전종국 봉화군공무직노동조합 위원장은 “이번 협약이 공무직 근로자들의 권익 보호와 안정적인 근무환경 조성에 의미 있는 성과가 되길 기대한다”며 “노사가 지속적으로 협력해 지역 발전과 군민을 위한 행정서비스 향상에 힘을 보태겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편 봉화군은 앞으로도 노사 간 지속적인 소통과 협의를 통해 상생하는 노사문화를 정착시키고, 근로환경 개선을 위한 다양한 제도를 추진해 나갈 계획이다.
