경상북도안동의료원 산하 경북권역난임·임산부심리상담센터는 지난 13일부터 14일까지 국립산림치유원에서 임신을 준비하는 부부 20명을 대상으로 1박 2일 일정의 산림치유 프로그램을 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이번 프로그램은 난임 과정에서 겪는 심리적 스트레스를 완화하고 부부 간 소통과 정서적 유대감을 높이기 위해 기획됐다. 참가자들에게는 숙박과 식사, 프로그램 비용 전액이 지원됐다.

행사는 예천 문필지구와 영주 주치지구 일원에서 진행됐으며, 숲길을 함께 걸으며 교감하는 ‘함께 걷는 부부’를 비롯해 성격유형 분석을 통한 부부 이해 프로그램 ‘손잡아 건강한 우리’, 치유 장비 체험, 차 명상 등 다양한 프로그램으로 구성됐다.

특히 참가자들은 GOLDEN 성격유형검사를 통해 서로의 성향과 의사소통 방식을 이해하는 시간을 가졌으며, 자연 속 치유 활동을 통해 정서적 안정을 찾고 부부 관계를 돌아보는 기회를 마련했다.

이번 사업은 산림청 복지기금인 녹색자금 지원으로 추진됐으며, 보건복지부와 산림청, 한국산림복지진흥원이 함께 참여하고 있다. 지난 2023년 도입 이후 참가자들의 만족도가 높아 지속적으로 운영되고 있다.

경북권역난임·임산부심리상담센터는 앞으로도 임신을 준비하는 부부들이 심리적 부담을 줄이고 정서적 안정을 찾을 수 있도록 맞춤형 상담과 치유 프로그램을 확대해 나갈 계획이다.

안동의료원 관계자는 “난임은 신체적 어려움뿐 아니라 심리적 부담도 큰 만큼 부부가 함께 회복할 수 있는 지원이 중요하다”며 “앞으로도 다양한 프로그램을 통해 정서적 지지와 치유 기회를 제공하겠다”고 말했다.

This program was designed to relieve the psychological stress experienced during the infertility process and to enhance communication and emotional bonding between couples. Accommodation, meals, and all program costs were fully covered for the participants.

The event took place in the Munpil District of Yecheon and the Juchi District of Yeongju and consisted of various programs, including "Couples Walking Together," where participants bond while walking along forest paths; "Holding Hands for a Healthy Couple," a program for understanding couples through personality type analysis; experiences with healing equipment; and tea meditation.

An official from Andong Medical Center stated, "Since infertility involves not only physical difficulties but also significant psychological burdens, support that enables couples to recover together is crucial," adding, "We will continue to provide emotional support and opportunities for healing through various programs."
