대구보건대학교(총장 남성희) DHC통합돌봄지원센터는 대구광역시행복진흥사회서비스원과 공동으로 오는 7월 22일까지 대구지역 9개 구·군을 대상으로 ‘2026년 구·군별 통합돌봄 역량강화 교육’을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 올해 본격 시행된 돌봄통합지원법에 대한 이해를 높이고, 통합돌봄 현장에서 필요한 사례관리 능력을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다. 특히 글로컬대학30 사업의 일환으로 추진되며, 구·군 공무원과 민간 돌봄서비스 제공기관 종사자 등 약 340명이 참여할 예정이다.

교육 과정은 통합돌봄 정책과 제도 전반에 대한 이해를 비롯해 대상자별 특성 파악, 사례관리 실무, 지역별 특화사업 소개 등 현장 중심 내용으로 구성됐다.

참가자들은 교육을 통해 지역 내 다양한 복지·보건 자원을 효과적으로 연계하는 방안을 공유하고, 실제 사례를 바탕으로 한 실무 적용 방법을 학습하게 된다. 이를 통해 지역별 특성을 반영한 통합돌봄 서비스 제공 능력과 현장 대응력을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

대구보건대는 이번 순회 교육이 지역사회 중심 통합돌봄 체계 구축과 서비스 품질 향상에도 도움이 될 것으로 보고 있다.

강상훈 DHC통합돌봄지원센터장(사회복지학과 교수)은 “통합돌봄 정책이 지역 현장에 안정적으로 정착하기 위해서는 담당 공무원과 서비스 제공기관 종사자들의 전문 역량 강화가 무엇보다 중요하다”며 “이번 교육을 통해 지역 여건에 적합한 통합돌봄 서비스 기반을 마련하고, 주민 중심의 돌봄체계를 더욱 견고하게 구축하는 계기가 되길 기대한다”고 말했다.

Daegu Health College, a "Glocal University," is launching capacity-building training to enhance the professionalism of local care personnel in line with the implementation of the Integrated Care Support Act.

The DHC Integrated Care Support Center at Daegu Health College (President Nam Seong-hee) announced that it will operate the "2026 District-by-District Integrated Care Capacity Building Training" in collaboration with the Daegu Metropolitan City Happiness Promotion Social Service Agency, targeting nine districts and counties in the Daegu region until July 22.

This training was organized to enhance understanding of the Integrated Care Support Act, which came into full effect this year, and to strengthen case management skills required in the field of integrated care. Notably, the program is being implemented as part of the Glocal University 30 project, and approximately 340 participants are expected, including district and county officials and employees of private care service providers.

The training curriculum consists of field-oriented content, including an understanding of integrated care policies and systems in general, identification of target group characteristics, practical case management, and an introduction to specialized projects by region.

Through this training, participants will share strategies for effectively linking various welfare and health resources within the community and learn practical application methods based on real-world cases. It is expected that this will enhance their ability to provide integrated care services tailored to regional characteristics and improve their on-site responsiveness.

Daegu Health College anticipates that this itinerant training will contribute to establishing a community-centered integrated care system and improving service quality.

Kang Sang-hoon, Director of the DHC Integrated Care Support Center (and Professor of Social Welfare), stated, "For integrated care policies to take root stably in the local field, strengthening the professional capabilities of officials in charge and staff at service providers is paramount." He added, "I hope this training serves as an opportunity to lay the foundation for integrated care services suitable for local conditions and to further solidify a resident-centered care system."
