DGIST는 지난 22일 대구보훈병원을 방문해 국가유공자들을 위문하고, 의료진을 격려하기 위한 위문금과 위문품을 전달했다고 밝혔다.

이번 방문은 국가를 위해 헌신한 국가유공자들의 희생과 공헌을 기리고, 보훈의료 현장에서 환자들의 건강 회복을 위해 노력하고 있는 의료진에게 감사의 뜻을 전하기 위해 마련됐다.

이날 행사에는 이건우 총장을 비롯한 DGIST 관계자들이 참석해 대구보훈병원 관계자들과 환담을 나누고 국가유공자 지원을 위한 위문금을 전달했다. 아울러 의료진을 위한 위문품도 함께 전달하며 노고에 대한 감사와 응원의 메시지를 전했다.
