올해도 정부의 1가구 1주택자 세 부담 완화 정책이 적용된다. 공시가격에 따라 공정시장가액비율은 3억 원 이하 43%, 3억 원 초과 6억 원 이하 44%, 6억 원 초과 45%로 차등 적용된다. 공시가격 9억 원 이하 1주택자는 과세 구간별로 0.05%포인트 인하된 세율을 적용받는다.

달성군은 지역 자체 제도로 다자녀 가구에 대한 주택 재산세 감면도 시행한다. 대구지역 기초자치단체 가운데 처음 도입되는 제도로, '대구광역시 달성군 군세 감면 조례' 개정에 따라 미성년 자녀 3명 이상을 양육하는 가구를 대상으로 주택 재산세를 감면한다.

재산세는 전국 금융기관 방문을 비롯해 자동이체와 가상계좌, 신용카드, 위택스(Wetax), 인터넷지로, 전화(ARS) 등을 통해 납부할 수 있다.

달성군 관계자는 "재산세 납부기한은 7월 31일까지"라며 "기한을 넘길 경우 3%의 납부지연가산세가 부과되는 만큼 기간 내 납부해 달라"고 당부했다.
