선린대학교 교수학습지원센터는 지난 14일 포스코국제관에서 전임교원을 대상으로 '2026학년도 혁신교수법 워크숍'을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 대학혁신지원사업의 하나로 추진됐으며, AI와 에듀테크를 활용한 교수법을 공유하고 학습자 중심의 수업 운영 방안을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다. 프로그램은 대학 교육 현장에서 활용 가능한 사례와 실습 중심으로 구성됐다.

워크숍은 안희갑 포스텍 인공지능대학원장의 기조강연을 시작으로 김주영 한국교육공학연구소 대표, 조인범 제주한라대학교 교수학습지원센터장, 김종현 이음나무연구소 대표가 차례로 강연을 진행했다.

안희갑 교수는 'AI 시대 대학 교육의 변화와 교수자의 역할'을 주제로 AI 기술 확산에 따른 교육환경 변화와 교수자의 역할 변화에 대해 설명하며, 지식을 전달하는 역할을 넘어 학습 경험을 설계하고 지원하는 교육자의 중요성을 강조했다.

이어진 강연에서는 AI 환경에서의 효과적인 소통 전략과 생성형 AI를 활용한 교육 콘텐츠 제작 방법, 학생 참여를 높이는 에듀테크 활용 사례 등이 소개됐다. 마지막 프로그램에서는 참가 교원들이 다양한 디지털 교육 도구를 직접 활용해 보는 실습도 함께 진행됐다.

선린대학교는 이번 워크숍을 통해 교수자들이 실제 강의 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 디지털 교육 역량을 높이고, 변화하는 교육환경에 대응하는 수업 혁신 기반을 마련할 것으로 기대하고 있다.

한미화 교수학습지원센터장은 "AI 기술이 교육 현장에 빠르게 확산되는 만큼 교수자의 역할도 변화하고 있다"며 "교육환경 변화와 현장의 요구를 반영한 다양한 교수지원 프로그램을 지속적으로 운영해 수업의 질 향상을 지원하겠다"고 말했다.

한편 선린대학교 교수학습지원센터는 혁신교수법 워크숍과 교수법 연수, 수업컨설팅 등 교수지원 프로그램을 운영하고 있으며, 2026학년도에는 교원의 AI 활용 능력 강화를 위한 'AI 교수역량개발 부트캠프'와 수업 혁신 사례를 공유하는 '교수역량 챌린지'도 새롭게 추진할 계획이다.

Sunlin University organized an Innovative Teaching Method Workshop to enhance faculty teaching capabilities in response to the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Transformation (DX).

The Center for Teaching and Learning Support at Sunlin University announced that it held the "2026 Academic Year Innovative Teaching Method Workshop" for full-time faculty members at the POSCO International Hall on the 14th.

This event was promoted as part of the University Innovation Support Project and was organized to share teaching methods utilizing AI and EdTech and to explore ways to conduct learner-centered classes. The program was structured around case studies and practical exercises applicable in the university education field.

The workshop began with a keynote speech by Ahn Hee-gap, Dean of the Graduate School of Artificial Intelligence at POSTECH, followed by lectures delivered in turn by Kim Joo-young, Representative of the Korea Institute of Educational Technology; Cho In-bum, Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning Support at Jeju Halla University; and Kim Jong-hyun, Representative of the Eeumnamu Research Institute.

Professor Ahn Hee-gap, speaking on the topic of "Changes in University Education in the AI ​​Era and the Role of Instructors," explained the shifts in the educational environment and the changing roles of instructors resulting from the spread of AI technology. He emphasized the importance of educators who design and support learning experiences, moving beyond the role of simply transmitting knowledge.

The subsequent lectures introduced effective communication strategies in an AI environment, methods for creating educational content using generative AI, and examples of EdTech applications that enhance student engagement. The final program included hands-on practice sessions where participating faculty members directly utilized various digital educational tools.

Sunlin University expects that this workshop will enhance the digital education capabilities of instructors for actual classroom use and lay the foundation for instructional innovation to respond to the changing educational environment.

Han Mi-hwa, Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning Support, stated, "As AI technology rapidly spreads across the educational field, the role of instructors is also changing." She added, "We will continue to operate various faculty support programs that reflect changes in the educational environment and the demands of the field to support the improvement of class quality."

Meanwhile, Sunlin University’s Center for Teaching and Learning operates faculty support programs such as innovative teaching method workshops, pedagogy training, and class consulting. In the 2026 academic year, it also plans to launch a new 'AI Faculty Competency Development Bootcamp' to enhance faculty members’ AI utilization skills and a 'Faculty Competency Challenge' to share examples of class innovation.
