【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구보건대학교가 교육부 주관 전문대학 혁신지원사업 성과평가에서 교육혁신과 자체 성과관리 부문 모두 최고등급을 받으며 교육 경쟁력을 입증했다.

대구보건대학교(총장 남성희)는 교육부와 한국연구재단이 실시한 ‘2026년 전문대학 혁신지원사업 성과평가’에서 교육혁신 부문과 자체 성과관리 부문 모두 S등급을 획득했다고 밝혔다.

또 디지털 전환 중점 전문대학 분야 선택과제에서도 ‘적정(P)’ 평가를 받아 인센티브 지급 대상에 포함됐다.

이번 평가는 3주기 1차년도 사업 운영 실적을 대상으로 대학의 교육혁신 전략, 성과관리 체계, 고등직업교육 혁신 성과 등을 종합적으로 평가한 결과다.

대구보건대는 대학 비전과 중장기 발전계획을 바탕으로 한 ‘ATLAS형 헬스케어 인재양성 모델’을 구축하고, 학생 맞춤형 교육체계와 현장 중심 교육 혁신을 추진해 온 점을 인정받았다.

특히 AI·DX 기반 교육 확대가 주요 성과로 꼽힌다. 대학은 올해 AI·DX 교육과정에 1천534명의 학생이 참여했으며, 전공심화 프로그램 72건 운영과 교과목 인증제 124개 도입 등을 통해 전문성과 현장 적합성을 강화했다.

산학협력과 글로벌 역량 강화 분야에서도 성과를 냈다. 산업체 수요를 반영한 지산학 브릿지 교육체계를 구축해 산업체와 실습생 만족도를 높였고, 어학교육 프로그램인 G-STEP과 K-EDU 모델을 기반으로 해외 전공실습 등 글로벌 교육 기회를 확대했다.

자체 성과관리 부문에서는 사업관리 체계와 조직 운영의 적절성, 구성원 참여 기반의 개선 체계가 높은 평가를 받았다. 특히 학생대표가 주요 사업 운영 과정에 참여해 교육과정 개선에 학생 의견을 반영한 점이 우수 사례로 인정받았다.

남성희 총장은 “이번 S등급은 대학의 혁신 노력이 학생 성장과 지역사회가 요구하는 보건의료 인재 양성으로 이어진 결과”라며 “앞으로도 ATLAS형 모델을 중심으로 AI·DX 기반 미래교육과 현장 중심 교육을 고도화해 고등직업교육 혁신을 선도하겠다”고 말했다.

Daegu Health College was recognized for establishing an ‘ATLAS-type healthcare talent cultivation model’ based on its university vision and mid-to-long-term development plan, as well as for promoting a student-tailored education system and field-oriented educational innovation.

In particular, the expansion of AI and DX-based education is cited as a major achievement. This year, 1,534 students participated in the university's AI and DX curriculum. The university strengthened professionalism and practical relevance through the operation of 72 advanced major programs and the introduction of 124 certified courses.

The university also achieved results in the fields of industry-academia collaboration and strengthening global competencies. By establishing a "Gi-San-Hak Bridge" education system that reflects industry demand, it increased satisfaction among both companies and trainees.
