달성군은 유가읍 새마을회가 지난 21일 저녁 유가자율방범대와 유가파출소 등과 함께 상가 밀집지역과 공원 일대에서 야간 자율방범 캠페인을 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이번 활동은 야간 시간대 범죄 취약지역을 점검하고 주민들이 안심할 수 있는 생활환경을 조성하기 위해 마련됐다. 특히 행정기관과 경찰, 지역 봉사단체가 함께 참여하는 협력체계를 바탕으로 방범 활동을 펼쳤다.

이날 순찰에는 최재훈 달성군수를 비롯해 유가읍 새마을회 회원과 유가자율방범대, 유가파출소 관계자 등 50여 명이 참여했다. 참가자들은 상가 밀집지역을 중심으로 범죄 예방 환경을 점검하고 야간 안전 취약지역을 살피며 순찰을 이어갔다.

엄도상 유가읍 새마을협의회장과 김애순 새마을부녀회장은 "지역 안전은 주민들의 지속적인 관심과 참여를 통해 만들어지는 만큼 앞으로도 자율방범대와 파출소 등 유관기관과 협력해 정기적인 방범활동을 이어가겠다"고 말했다.

최재훈 달성군수는 "매월 꾸준히 지역 안전을 위해 봉사하고 있는 새마을회원과 자율방범대, 경찰 관계자들의 노고에 감사드린다"며 "앞으로도 민·관·경 협력을 강화해 군민들이 안심하고 생활할 수 있는 안전한 지역사회 조성에 적극 지원하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Dalseong-gun announced that the Yuga-eup Saemaul Association conducted a nighttime self-defense campaign on the evening of the 21st in commercial areas and around parks, in collaboration with the Yuga Self-Defense Patrol and the Yuga Police Station.

This activity was organized to inspect crime-vulnerable areas during nighttime hours and to create a living environment where residents can feel safe. Approximately 50 people participated in the patrol that day, including Dalseong County Governor Choi Jae-hoon, members of the Yuga-eup Saemaul Association, the Yuga Self-Defense Patrol, and officials from the Yuga Police Station. Participants continued their patrols, inspecting crime prevention environments centered on commercial districts and examining areas vulnerable to nighttime safety risks.
