점검 대상은 지난해 3월 경북 산불 이후 조성된 이재민 임시조립주택 700여 채다. 군은 신속한 점검을 위해 전 부서의 가용 인력을 투입하고, 마을별 담당 직원을 지정해 조사 기간을 단축할 계획이다.

이번 점검에서는 주택의 구조적 안전성과 시설물 이상 유무를 종합적으로 확인한다. 특히 강풍과 집중호우에 대비한 고정 상태를 중점적으로 살펴보기 위해 설계도면을 바탕으로 기초 콘크리트와 앵커플레이트 설치 상태 등을 확인할 예정이다.
