고령군은 지난 7월 27일 군청 가야금방에서 종합청렴도 향상을 위한 청렴 태스크포스(TF)팀 회의를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 회의는 2026년 반부패·청렴 추진계획과 내부 직원 대상 청렴 인식 조사 결과를 공유하고, 회계 분야 취약 요소 점검과 내부통제 강화 방안을 논의하기 위해 마련됐다.
회의 참석자들은 부서 간 협업 체계를 강화해 청렴 정책의 실행력을 높이는 방안을 검토하고, 현장의 다양한 의견을 반영하기 위해 청렴 TF팀 운영 범위를 확대하는 방안도 함께 논의했다.
고령군은 이날 제시된 의견을 향후 청렴 시책 추진 과정에 적극 반영하고, 추진 상황을 지속적으로 관리해 실효성 있는 반부패 정책을 펼쳐 나갈 계획이다.
이를 통해 군민이 체감할 수 있는 청렴 행정을 구현하고, 공직 내부에 자율적인 청렴 문화를 정착시켜 신뢰받는 조직 문화를 조성한다는 방침이다.
이남철 고령군수는 “청렴은 공직자가 반드시 갖춰야 할 가장 기본적인 가치”라며 “제도 개선에만 머무르지 않고 현장 중심의 청렴 교육과 직원 참여형 정책을 지속적으로 추진해 군민에게 신뢰받는 청렴한 고령을 만들어 가겠다”고 말했다.

Goryeong County has set out to review integrity policies and devise improvement measures to enhance integrity within the public service and spread an anti-corruption culture.
Goryeong County announced that it held a meeting of its Integrity Task Force (TF) team on July 27 at the Gayageum Room in the County Office to improve overall integrity.
The meeting was organized to share the 2026 Anti-Corruption and Integrity Implementation Plan and the results of an integrity awareness survey conducted among internal employees, as well as to review weaknesses in the accounting sector and discuss measures to strengthen internal controls.
Attendees reviewed ways to enhance the implementation of integrity policies by strengthening inter-departmental collaboration systems and discussed expanding the scope of the Integrity TF team's operations to reflect diverse opinions from the field.
Goryeong County plans to actively incorporate the opinions presented at the meeting into the future implementation of integrity policies and continuously manage progress to carry out effective anti-corruption policies. Through this, the plan is to implement clean administration that residents can experience firsthand, and to foster a trusted organizational culture by establishing an autonomous culture of integrity within the public service.
Goryeong County Governor Lee Nam-cheol stated, “Integrity is the most fundamental value that public officials must possess,” adding, “We will not stop at merely improving systems, but will continuously pursue field-oriented integrity education and employee-participatory policies to build an honest Goryeong that is trusted by its residents.”
