【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 북구청소년회관이 지난 25일 1층 아트홀에서 개최한 청소년 주도 콘서트 ‘부키 On The Stage’가 성황리에 막을 내렸다. 이번 행사는 북구청소년어울림마당 사업의 하나로, 준비 단계부터 행사 운영, 공연까지 모두 청소년들이 주도해 그 의미를 더했다.

이번 무대는 북구청소년회관과 북구청소년문화의집 소속 청소년들이 함께 힘을 모아 직접 기획했다. 참가 학생들은 공연 내용 구성과 무대 운영, 진행 등 행사 전반에 주체적으로 참여하면서, 자기주도적인 문화예술 활동의 가능성을 보여줬다.

공연 내내 댄스와 록밴드 무대, 수어 공연, 봉사 동아리의 퍼포먼스 등 다양한 프로그램이 이어졌다. 청소년들은 각자의 재능과 개성을 무대 위에서 한껏 펼치며 관객들과 활발하게 소통했다. 행사장 곳곳에서는 무대에 오른 또래를 응원하는 참가자들의 열정을 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있었다.

무대 사회를 맡은 한 청소년은 “많은 사람들 앞에서 사회를 본다는 게 처음엔 무척 긴장됐지만, 친구들과 함께 준비하고 행사를 이끌면서 큰 자신감을 얻었다”며 “‘청소년이 스스로 만들어가는 무대’라는 점이 가장 뜻깊었다”고 소감을 전했다.

대구북구청소년회관 측은 이번 행사가 단순한 공연 관람을 넘어, 청소년들이 직접 기획과 운영을 체험하며 협업과 책임감을 익힐 수 있는 성장의 장이 됐다고 평가했다. 앞으로도 청소년이 문화예술 활동의 주체가 될 수 있도록 다양한 프로그램을 확대해 나갈 계획이다.

이근수 북구청장은 “청소년들이 스스로 기획하고 운영한 이번 무대는 단순한 공연을 넘어 도전과 성장을 경험하는 소중한 계기가 됐다”며, “앞으로도 청소년들이 꿈과 재능을 마음껏 펼칠 수 있도록 다양한 문화예술 프로그램을 마련하겠다”고 밝혔다.

The youth-led concert "Booki On The Stage," hosted by the Daegu Buk-gu Youth Center at the 1st-floor Art Hall on the 25th, concluded with great success. They plan to expand various programs in the future to ensure that youth can become the main actors in cultural and artistic activities.

Buk-gu Mayor Lee Geun-soo stated, “This stage, planned and operated by the youth themselves, served as a valuable opportunity to experience challenge and growth beyond a mere performance,” adding, “We will continue to provide diverse cultural and artistic programs so that youth can freely unfold their dreams and talents.”
