【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 수성구가 지역 내 물리치료와 운동재활 전문기관들과 협력해 통합돌봄 서비스를 한층 강화한다. 거동이 불편한 주민을 대상으로 방문운동과 착용형 보행로봇을 활용한 맞춤형 재활 프로그램을 도입해, 건강 회복과 자립 생활을 적극 지원할 방침이다.

수성구는 지난 29일 대한물리치료사협회 대구지부, 한국운동발달재활협회와 ‘수성품안 통합돌봄 특화사업’ 추진을 위한 업무협약을 맺었다고 밝혔다.

이번 협약은 통합돌봄 대상자에게 전문적인 재활·운동 서비스를 제공하고, 신체 기능 회복과 건강한 일상 복귀를 돕기 위해 마련된 것이다.

대한물리치료사협회 대구지부는 대상자를 직접 찾아가는 방문 재활운동 서비스를 맡는다. 한국운동발달재활협회는 근감소증 예방과 보행 능력 향상을 위한 맞춤형 방문 운동 프로그램을 운영하고, 이와 함께 착용형 보행로봇을 활용한 특화 재활 프로그램도 지원한다.

서비스 대상은 거동이 불편하거나 근감소증, 낙상 위험 등으로 신체 기능 회복이 필요한 통합돌봄 대상자다. 구는 전문기관과 연계한 맞춤형 재활 서비스를 통해 근력 향상과 낙상 예방, 자립생활 능력 강화 등 실제적인 건강 개선 효과를 기대하고 있다.

아울러, 이번 협약이 체결되면서 지역사회 전문인력과 재활 장비를 통합돌봄 체계에 본격적으로 연계할 수 있게 됐다. 이에 따라 의료·복지 서비스의 전문성과 접근성도 눈에 띄게 향상될 전망이다.

김대권 수성구청장은 “이번 협약을 계기로 돌봄 대상자들에게 보다 전문적이고 체계적인 재활 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 됐다”며 “앞으로도 지역 전문기관과 긴밀하게 협력해 맞춤형 통합돌봄 서비스를 꾸준히 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

The service targets integrated care recipients who require physical function recovery due to mobility issues, sarcopenia, or a risk of falls. The district expects tangible health improvements, such as enhanced muscle strength, fall prevention, and strengthened independent living skills, through customized rehabilitation services linked with specialized institutions.

Furthermore, with the signing of this agreement, professional community personnel and rehabilitation equipment can now be fully integrated into the integrated care system. Consequently, the professionalism and accessibility of medical and welfare services are expected to improve significantly.

Suseong-gu Mayor Kim Dae-kwon stated, "Through this agreement, we are now able to provide more professional and systematic rehabilitation services to those receiving care," adding, "We will continue to closely cooperate with local specialized institutions to steadily expand customized integrated care services."
